* Aidell's Andouille Chicken Sausage - 4 pieces (1 packet)
* 1 can cannellini beans
* 1 glass (3.5 oz) of white wine - any white wine will do :)
* 1 cup arugula or even spinach if you prefer
* 2 oz of crumbled goat cheese


How Do I Make Spicy Sausage and Bean Pasta with Goat Cheese?

Here is how you make Spicy Sausage and Bean Pasta with Goat Cheese:

1. Boil pasta in a big pot according to package instructions2. While pasta is being cooked, cut up sausages into desired thickness and fry them (no need to add oil if you use a nonstick frying pan). 3. Add white wine to sausages and simmer for 3 minutes4. Add arugula and cook for an additional 2 minutes5. Add beans (along with the liquid in the can) 6. Simmer for 5-10 minutes. The sauce should thicken and the arugula should be wilted by now7. Drain the pasta and put the pasta back into the pot. 8. Add the sausage , beans and arugula to the pasta. 9. Toss together to coat the pasta with the sauce10. Sprinkle the goat cheese and toss again.
