Here is how you make Baked Panko Tuscany Chicken:

Soak chicken in skimmed milk for at least an hour. Put 2 cups of Panko crumbs in a bowl Add Paprika, chives....I used grounded chives, and garlic powder.... onion powder, salt and pepper. Add Alexander's Tuscany Blend spice mix in the Panko crumbs also....three or four good shakes. Pick chicken out of the milk, let drip back into the milk bowl and dip into the crumb mix....press crumbs into chicken with finger tips and put on baking sheet. Bake 30 minutes at 400 degrees.Serving Size:?4 ozs
