Here is how you make Chicken Tuscany:

Saute chicken in nonstick frying pan with 1 tab of water approx 3minutes each side. Add mushrooms and tomato sauce and cook on medium heat for several minutes longer. Add spinach and cook until wilted . Add 1/4 cup of white wine, place cheese on each piece of chicken. Cover fry pan, remove from heat. Serve when cheese is melted. Spoon onto cooked couscous.
