*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 3 tbsp
Egg Noodles, enriched, 10 oz
*garlic - minced, 1 tsp
Pepper, black, 1 tbsp
Salt, 1 cup
Butter 1 stick
Mushrooms, 1 cup sliced(This can vary according to preference)
Marsala Cooking Wine about a cup(To Taste)

Prep:Crack egg into small bowl and mix till smoothPour bread crumbs onto a platePour Olive Oil into frying pan and heat on Medium High till oil is hot(Water drops splash)Cooking:Dip Chicken Cutlet into egg wash and then into bread crumbs.Place in Oil and cook both sides till fork goes through easily and releases(About 3 minutes or so)Remove Chicken from pan onto a plate, cut chicken into smaller piecesPlace half a stick of butter into frying pan you just removed the chicken fromOnce that melts dump the remaining egg wash in and scrambleAdd the rest of the bread crumbs and the mushrooms and stirCook mushrooms till they begin to sweat and give off moisture.
