Here is how you make Garlic Chicken Primavera:

Prep time can be reduced if vegetables are sliced and chopped ahead of time. Get water boiling for pasta.Turn oven on to 400. In large skillet empty chicken and marinate, brown chicken on both sides, Chicken must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165 Fahrenheit. Place in oven to gain this temperature.If the vegetables have not been sliced and chopped ahead of time do this while chicken is browning. After putting chicken in oven, in the same large: skillet add 1 tbsp of olive oil, onion and garlic, sauté for approximately 1 minute, add zucchini, summer squash and red pepper sauté for approximately 2 minutes.Then add the Roma tomatoes, mushrooms and fresh lemon juice. Mix well and reduce the heat to a simmer. Take the warm pasta and add to the mixture and blend well may add a little hot pasta water.On a cutting board with a sharp knife slice the chicken into strips. Can be added to the pan with pasta or plated up and added to top of pasta. Sprinkle parmesan on top.
