Here is how you make Chicken Marsala with mushrooms:

Pound chicken out thin so thinkness is even. I cut each breast in half. Pat dry, season with salt and pepper. Dredge in flour. Heat olive oil, brown chicken a couple minutes on each side. Set aside while reducing the sauce. Brown minced garlic and onion in the same pan, add little more olive oil if needed. Add wine in the pan. Add mushrooms to cook.
