1 egg beaten
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Here is how you make Progresso Skillet Chicken Parmigiana:

In a 3qt saucepan heat 2 tablespoons of oil over medium heat. Cook onions and garlic in oil for 2 minutes stirring constantly. Stir in tomatoes, sugar and salt and pepper if you want. . Heat to boiling ,stirring occasionaly. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring ocasionally.Between sheets of wax paper, flatten chicken to about 1/4 inch thickness. In shallow dish, mix bread crumbs and 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese. Dip chicken into egg then coat with bread crumb mixture.In a 12 inch skillet remaining oil over medium heat. Cook chicken in oil 10 to 15 minutes turning once until juice runs clear when center of thickest part is cut (170F). Pour tomato sauce around chicken in skillet. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over chicken. Cover and heat until melted. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese just before serving.
