Preheat oven to 450F and coat 10X12 pan with Pam. Take the flour, beaten eggs and panko and put into three seperate bowls. Butterfly and rinse boneless skinless chiken breasts, then pat moderately dry. Coat the chicken breasts with flour and shake.Next dip the Breasts into the egg, letting most of the excess to drip off.Now dip the breasts into the Panko breadcrumbs, being sure to coat the entire breast.Finally, lay all the breasts out in the pan and give a light coat of Pam to each side. This is going to give the breats a crispy light taste much like flash fried or seared.Insert breasts in oven on the middle rack.Start boiling water and insert pasta, should be done around same time as chicken. After about 10 minuted flip all the breats to ensure even crisping. after a total of around 15-18 minutes. Check to make sure the breasts are lightly pink in the center and pull out coat lightly with sauce and cheese and reinsert until cheese is browning.
