Here is how you make Pasta Primavera with Panko Chicken:

Combine Panko bread crumbs with Parmesan cheese and place in a shallow bowl. Beat egg in a second shallow bowl. Cut Chicken into 1 inch chunks. Dip in egg the in bread crumbs. Heat olive oil and saute the breaded chicken, 4 min on each side until nicely golden. Julienne the carrots and thinly slice the zucchini. Cook the pasta for 3 minutes less than package instructions. Heat the tomatoes, basil and garlic until simmering then turn off. Add zucchini and carrots to the boiling pasta at 3minute mark and continue boiling all of the indicated time on the fettuccine package.
