[I generally make huge batches of the powder and season as I use it. ]- Then once you have your powder, set aside enough for whatever it is you're breading. [I always bread 5 oz of meat for dinner and 5 oz for lunch next day at one time]-Add italian seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, sea salt and mix with your hand or a fork -Dip your chicken or pork into water or skim milk and roll in your 'breading' mixture [or do it like shake and bake]-Spray a pan for the oven with I Can't Believe it's Not Butter spray (or cooking spray if you don't have this)-Spray your chicken breasts or pork on both sides lightly but enough to make the oatmeal look darker-Place in pan and bake in the oven for 20 minutes and flip meat-Continue baking for another 10-15 minutes (depending on meat thickness)You now have "breaded" baked chicken and it looks browned like regular breading because of the paprika!
