* Salt, 1 dash
* Pepper, black, 1 dash
* Garlic, 1 clove
* Black Olives, 5-7
* Romaine Lettuce (salad), 2.5 cup, shredded

Here is how you make LOW CARB ITALIAN CHICKEN SALAD:

Chop the onion, and garlic. Create a marinade by mixing in the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, oregano, lime juice, salt and pepper. Use HALF of the marinade and let the chicken sit overnight.Grill the chicken. While chicken is cooking, chop the lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber and olives (or can be left whole). Mix the remaining half of the marinade and parmesan cheese with the lettuce.Cut the chicken into strips when fully cooked, and top the salad.
