2TBS Butter
1 cup skim milk
2TBS light cream cheese
4 TBS fat free chicken broth
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp parsley
2 tsp flour
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
1 crystal farms string cheese
All season salt
Black Pepper

Here is how you make Chicken alfedo sauce:

Cut chicken in chunks. spray skillet. Add chicken, garlic, and parsley and sprinkle on all season salt. Saute chicken over medium high heat until cook through. Remove chicken form pan. To same skillet, add butter and chicken broth once butter is melted add, flour. Stir to make a paste. Add cream cheese and Parmesan cheese stir until cheese is melted. Add milk, stirring until sauce is smooth. Add string cheese in pieces, stirring until melted. Add black pepper and more salt if desired. Return chicken to pan with sauce. Coat and heat through.
