3 Tablespoons Star Italian White Wine Vinegar
Juice from 1/2 Lemon
3 Teaspoons Italian Herb Seasoning
1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
1 Tablespoon Black Pepper
3, 1/4 Teaspoons Herbamare Seasoning


How Do I Make Skinny Chicken Piccata?

Here is how you make Skinny Chicken Piccata:

Flatten Chicken Breasts with a meat hammer.Coat each side of each chicken breast with 1/2 tablespoon of the Bolthouse dressing (this is a light dressing, so using something different will change both the taste and the calorie content).Place in pan over medium-low heat (the slower you cook the chicken, the more tender it will be).Sprinkle chicken with half of the amounts of the Italian Herb Seasoning, Garlic Powder, Black Pepper, and Herbamare. Flip Chicken and sprinkle with the remaining amounts of the seasonings.Pour the white wine vinegar over the chicken.Flip Chicken every 5-6 minutes and cook until done (about 45 min).While the chicken is cooking, heat the buillon cube in 1 cup of water in the microwave so that it is dissolved when you need it.About 1/2 way through cooking the chicken, I recommend pouring out some of the liquid collected in the pan and then the pan back on the burner.Once the chicken is fully cooked, place on the plates and keep them warm.Now, keeping the pan on the burner and leaving in any remaining liquid, add the Buillon, squeeze in the Lemon juice, and add the capers. Turn heat up to medium high and reduce.Finally, spoon out desired amount of sauce onto each chicken.
