2 cups Rice Pasta - Tinkyada Brown Rice Pasta

Here is how you make Gluten Free Chicken Spinach Artichoke Bake:

Cook the pasta according to package directions. Reserve ? cup of the cooking liquid, then drain the pasta.Cook chicken and cut into small pieces. Put aside to add to final pasta mix. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and ? teaspoon each salt and pepper and cook, covered, stirring occasionally, until tender, 8 to 10 minutes.
