Chop chicken and veggies, set aside. Roll crust into a 14" x 12" rectangle on a baking sheet. Spoon half the sauce down the center, lengthwise, leaving 3" on either side.Layer chicken, veggies and Mozzarella cheese over the sauce.Cut 12 strips on both sides of the crust. Fold strips over filling, so they overlap.
