Garlic, 3 tsp
Mushrooms, fresh, 8 oz
Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
Canned Tomatoes, diced Organic, 1 can
Macaroni, whole-wheat, 1 and 1/2 cup elbow shaped

Here is how you make Italian Chicken and Whole Wheat Macaroni:

Cut chicken into cubes, cook med-high with black pepper and 1 tsp olive oil. Remove when cooked thoroughly and set aside.Add 2 tbsp water to same fry pan and cook onion, diced tomatoes, and mushrooms. Once cooked thoroughly and onions and mushrooms are soft, add remaining spices, 1.5 tsp minced garlic, and chicken. Let simmer until sauce is chunky and thick.In a different pot, cook elbow macaroni al dente. Drain and set aside. In same pan, add remaining olive oil and some parsley, salt and 1.5 tsp minced garlic. Simmer.
