Drain well and return meat to pan. Add sauce, bring to boil. Reduce heat, simmer 5 minutes. Combine cottage cheese and parmesean cheese in a bowl, set aside.Spread 1/2 cup meat mixture in bottom of a 13 x 9 inch baking dish coated wtih cooking spray.
