Here is how you make Easy Spring Risotto:

In a skillet over medium heat saute your veggies in oil or butter until translucent. Add garlic and saute another 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently to make sure it doesn?t burn. Meanwhile, whisk together the flour and stock. Add to pan and bring to a simmer, stirring frequently. Add thyme. When the liquid starts to thicken, add the cooked brown rice.
