Preheat oven to 375.2. In a saucepan, brown meat and season to taste, drain any excess fat, add spaghetti sauce, 1 cup water, and bring to boil. Once boiling, reduce to low (to prevent splatter).3. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, beat egg and add ricotta, 8 oz mozzarella, 1/3 c water, 1/4 c parmesan, and desired spices, including salt and pepper.4. Slice zucchini into thin slices.5.
