Cook pasta in 4 quart pan to al-denteBrown Ground Turkey with seasoning, cook thoroughly.Mix cottage cheese, ricotta, and 1/2 cup of sauce in a bowl.In a 13 by 9 inch baking dish sprayed with olive oil spray; Place a 1/4 cup of sauce evenly on the bottom of the baking dish. The start with a layer of pasta. Then place a layer of the cheese and sauce mix, then layer with pasta. Next add the meat on top of pasta, then a layer of pasta. Then add a layer of cheese sauce. Finally the last layer of pasta noodles. the remainder of the tomato sauce, and then the Mozzarella and Parmesan Cheese.Bake in center of the oven, at 350 degrees for 35 minutes with foil covering the Lasagna.
