As with everything I make, I just sort of threw this together, so amounts of herbs aren't exact. Just keep adding them until it tastes good to you! What Are The Ingredients For Homemade Lasagna Recipe?The ingredients for Homemade Lasagna are: 3 cups plain canned tomato sauce32 oz can crushed tomatoes with Italian spices 1 lb ground turkey breast 2 cups part skim ricotta cheese 1/2 cup original egg beaters 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese 12 Barilla no boil lasagna noodles 4 Tbs extra virgin olive oil 8 oz part skim mozzarella cheese 1 medium onion, diced 3 cloves garlic, minced 3-4 Tbs Italian seasoning How Do I Make Homemade Lasagna?Here is how you make Homemade Lasagna: Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Saute onion until translucent. Add garlic and saute till fragrant (about a minute). Add seasoning and turkey and saute till no longer pink. Add all the tomatoes and simmer for about 10 minutes. In a bowl, mix the ricotta, Parmesan, and egg beaters together. Spread a little of the sauce on the bottom of a 9 x 13 glass dish. Layer 4 noodles, 1/2 of the cheese mixture, and 1 1/2 to 2 cups of the sauce, then 4 more noodles, other 1/2 of the cheese mixture, and more sauce. Add the last four noodles, more sauce, and top with mozzarella. Cover with foil and bake at 375 for an hour.
