Fry peppers, ground beef, and onion powder in panCook the lasagna noodles halfway while frying the ground beefWhile beef and noodles are cooking mix the cottage cheese, Parmesan, and eggs in a small bowlTurn oven on to 375?FWhen beef is done cooking add in the pasta sauce, add a quarter jar water to rinse the jar and add a bit of water, and let simmer until use.Once beef sauce and noodles are done start layering in a 9 x 13 or 11 x 8 panStart with a layer of noodles (the noodles me back not be long enough so you'll have to lay one the with the pan instead of the length of the pan), layer beef sauce, layer of cheese sauce, sprinkle mozzarella cheese, then another layer of noodles.Continue with this method until you are out of ingredients. You may have some noodles left as you want to end with a layer of cheese on the top.Cover with foil and bake in oven for 30 minutes.Remove the foil and bake another 30 minutes.If noodles are done remove from the oven and let cool for 15 to 30 minutes.
