8 oz. water, hot
1 tsp Tarragon leaves
1.5 tsp Oregano leaves
1 tbsp Parsley, dried
1/2 cup Dried Mushrooms
1 package (10 oz) Spinach, frozen
16 oz. Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk
8 oz. Gouda Smoked
.5 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
16 oz. Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, shredded
1 cup Yogurt Plain Greek Yogurt, non-fat


How Do I Make Eva's Loaded Lasagna?

Here is how you make Eva's Loaded Lasagna:

Preheat oven to 375F. Spray or line 9" x 13" pan.Prepare pasta according to package instructions and rinse with cold water to stop cooking.While pasta is boiling brown ground beef. Strain off grease and rinse with water near boiling to remove excess grease. Add to sauce pot with onion and saute 2 minutes. Add garlic and saute 1 more minute. Add both sauces. Pour hot water into sauce jar with herbs and mushrooms. seal tightly and shake carefully to hydrate about one minute. Add to sauces and meat mixture. Turn to low simmer.Thaw spinach and ring out excess water. Combine spinach, Ricotta, Parmesan, yogurt, and 1 cup mozzarella.Add about a cup of sauce to coat the bottom of 9"x13" pan. Layer three noddles on top. Cover pasta with one third of the soft cheese mixture. Sprinkle with one third Gouda and 2/3 cup mozzarella. Spread 1 cup sauce over cheeses and cover with three more noodles. Repeat the layers of cheeses and meat sauce and pasta twice more.
