Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spary 9 by 13 inch baking dish with vegetable oil.2. Combine 1/8 cup colby jack cheese and 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese.3. Combine remaining colby jack cheese and parmesan cheese with all of the cottage cheese. Mix together4. Combine tomato sauce with the rest of the ingrediants you haven't used. Put a thin layer of sauce on the bottom of the dish. Add a third of noodles (3) in a single layer. Then take the cheese and cottage cheese mixture on top. Add a layer of Zucchini.5. Repeat layering. Add thin coating of sauce. Top with the last layer of noodles, sauce, and reserved cheese mixture (colby jack and parmesan) on top. Cover with aluminum foil6. Bake for 30-40 minutes.
