This recipe makes 12 servings (a 13 x9" pan cut 3 by 4).Boil a large pot of water and cook the noodles. Drain and lay flat on waxed paper to cool.In a large skillet brown the ground beef, then drain the fat and return the meat to the pan along with the spaghetti sauce. Next spread a layer (1/3 ) of the cheese mixture. Then another 1/2 cup sauce, noodle, cheese, sauce, noodle cheese until you have three complete layers, ending with a noodle layer and the remaining sauce and mozzarella on the top.Cover with foil and bake in a 350' oven for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and continue to bake for 10 -15 minutes more until the cheese on top is bubbly. Remove the lasagna from the oven and let it rest for up to 30 minutes before serving.
