What Are The Ingredients For Lovely Lasagna Recipe?

The ingredients for Lovely Lasagna are:

1 box Lasagna Noodles (prepared according to package instructions)
1 lb Lean Ground Beef
1 large Yellow Onion, diced
1 large Green Bell Pepper, diced
3 Tbsp. Garlic, minced
12oz of fresh Mushrooms, sliced
1 bunch of fresh Spinach, shredded with stems removed (or 12 oz package baby spinach)
1 bunch of fresh Cilantro, minced
2, 16oz jars of Prepared Sauce (I prefer tomato-basil)
16oz of part-skim Ricotta Cheese
4 cups part-skim Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
1 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
3 Tbsp fresh Basil, minced (or 1Tbsp dry)
1 Tbsp dried Italian Herbs
1 tsp Cayenne Pepper (season to taste)
Fresh Cracked Pepper (season to taste)
Salt (It should have enough salt, but always season to taste)





How Do I Make Lovely Lasagna?

Here is how you make Lovely Lasagna:

Preheat Oven to 350 degrees F-Prepare Lasagna Noodles according to package directions; set aside. If you use the No-Cook noodles, make sure to use plenty of sauce bellow and on top of each layer of noodles.-In large saute' pan, saute' ground beef until browned, making sure to break it apart as it cooks. While it's cooking, season the ground beef with the Italian Herbs, Cayenne Pepper and Fresh Cracked Pepper.-Drain the ground beef and set aside; do not clean pan.-In the same saute' pan on medium heat, saute' onions and bell pepper until softened. Add minced Garlic and saute' 1-2 minutes, then add sliced mushrooms and saute' another 2 minutes.-Reduce heat to low and add the beef to the pan and one jar of prepared sauce. Cover and allow to simmer.-Empty the Ricotta Cheese in a separate bowl and mix with basil and 1/3 of the minced Cilantro. Set aside.-Add the remainder of the Cilantro to the meat mixture and turn off the heat.-Take a 9"x13" baking pan or dish and line up all the ingredients. (1 jar of sauce, noodles, ground beef mixture, shredded spinach, ricotta mixture and shredded cheese)-Put ~1/2cup sauce on the bottom of the pan. Layer 3 noodles in the pan length wise. Then layer 1/3 of the ground beef mixture, 1/3 shredded spinach, 1/3 ricotta mixture, 1/4 of the shredded cheese and top with another 1/2cup of sauce.-Place another layer noodles, then the sauce and repeat the remaining layers until all ingredients are used except a layer of noodles, sauce and cheese.-Place the last layer of noodles on top and cover with sauce.-Keep the remaining shredded and parmesan cheeses on the side.-Cover the pan with foil and put in the oven for 45 minutes.-Uncover and sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top. Place back in the over for 15 minutes, allowing the cheese to melt and become golden brown.-Take out of the oven and allow to sit for an additional 15 minutes. (makes it much easier to cut)-Cut and serve. Enjoy!Serving Size:?Makes approximately 12, 3x4inch pieces
