2 Garlic Cloves, finely chopped
5 Cups Marinara sauce
1 1/2 tsp Dried Basil Leaves
1/8 Tsp Ground Red Pepper
2 Medium Onions-Diced
1 Egg
1-15oz Container Reduced Fat Ricotta Cheese
2 Cups Shredded Reduced Fat Mozzarella Cheese (8oz)
Salt & Pepper To taste

Here is how you make "Healthified" Lasagna:

Preheat Oven to 350 degreesSpray 13x9 inch baking dish with cooking sprayIn a skillet sprayed with cooking spray, sautee the onions until they just start to brown.Add the ground chicken and garlic to the skillet and brown until the chicken is cooked through.Stir in the pasta sauce (minus 1/3 cup), ground pepper and 1 tsp basil. Also salt & Pepper to taste.In a Medium bowl, beat the egg slightly. Stir in the ricotta, 1/2 tsp basil, salt and pepper to taste.Spread reserved 1/3 cup marinara over the bottom of the casserole dish.Layer 1/3 of the noodles along the bottom of the casserole dish. Spread 1/3 of the meat sauce, 1/3 of the mozzarella and 1/2 of the cheese mixture over the noodles (in layers.)Top the first set of layers with the next 1/3 of the noodles, 1/3 of the meat sauce, 1/3 of the mozzarella and the rest of the cheese mixture.Top the second layer with the rest of the noodles, the rest of the meat sauce and the rest of the mozzarella cheese (cheese on top.)Spray a large piece of foil with cooking spray, and cover the casserole.Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.Remove foil, and bake another 10 to 15 minutes until bubble.
