What Are The Ingredients For Jessica's Lasagna Recipe? The ingredients for Jessica's Lasagna are: Olive oil to coat non-stick pan1 large sweet onion 1 package of portobello mushrooms, chopped 1 lb ground turkey (not turkey breast) 1 package hot italian sausage (chicken), taken out of casings Greek seasoning Salt and pepper Barilla Tomato and Sweet Basil marinara sauce (I used a jar and a half, for a 9 x 9 pan of lasagna) Barilla no cook lasagna noodles (flat, not ruffled) Part skim ricotta -- about 1 cup -- mixed with 1 egg Part skim mozzarella cheese -- 1 package (8 oz), plus a couple of slices How Do I Make Jessica's Lasagna? Here is how you make Jessica's Lasagna: Cooked onions, mushrooms, turkey, and sausage in pan (I then removed half of the meat mixture and put it in the freezer for later -- if you were making a whole pan, you'd use the whole thing, but I was making a half pan). Then I dumped in the sauce -- a jar and a half. Then I put some sauce on the bottom of the pan (in future, I think JUST sauce, without the meat, would be a better first layer). Then lasagna noodles (not cooked). Then the ricotta and egg mixture, then some cheese, then the meat sauce, then noodles, then ricotta, then cheese, then meat. You need to end the layers with the meat sauce, then bake. Then in the last 10 minutes or so add more cheese to the top.Number of Servings: 6Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user KJESSICA13.What's The Nutritional Info For Jessica's Lasagna? The nutritional information for Jessica's Lasagna is:
