Combine ricotta, garlic, oregano, basil, Trocomare, crushed red pepper, steak seasoning, egg, and Parmesan cheese. Drain and cool noodles. Put a little sauce on the bottom of a 13 x 9 baking dish. Layer noodles, ricotta cheese mixture, mozzarella, then sauce. Top with a layer of noodles, then sauce and remaining mozzarella cheese. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes at 350 F. Remove foil and bake 5 additional minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes.
