8 ox bulk italian sausage
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp blk pepper
1 box thawed, drained and squeezed frozen spinach.
1 16 oz pt skim ricotta cheese
2 eggs
3 cups shredded morzzarella cheese
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
3 cups marinara or ragu.
