4 oz. low fat Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
4 oz. cooked & drained ground turkey
4 oz. 2% Breakstone Cottage Cheese
1 Cup cooked Spaghetti Squash
2 tsp. olive oil
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1 tbsp. dried parsley
1/2 tsp. ground pepper


How Do I Make Lasagna - Sugar and Flour Free?

Here is how you make Lasagna - Sugar and Flour Free:

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.In an 8 inch pie pan, pour 1 tsp. of olive oil on the bottom and coat. In a mixing bowl place spaghetti squash, cottage cheese, 1/2 tsp. garlic powder and mix together. Spread on the bottom of the pie pan.Sprinkle cooked ground turkey on top of spaghetti squash mixture and sprinkle sea salt on the cooked ground turkey. Pour the spaghetti sauce over the ground turkey and top with the mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle remaining garlic powder on top of the mozzarella cheese. Dust with dried parsley and ground pepper.Place in the oven and cook for 12-15 or until the cheese has melted and bubbles a bit.Take the lasana out of the oven and let it stand for 7-10 before serving.Serves 1Number of Servings: 1Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user FULLSAIL.
