4 ozs - 93% Lean Ground Turkey
1 Pkg - Ronzoni Whole Wheat Blend Lasagna
1 lb - Cappiello Part Skim Ricotta Cheese
2 ozs - Nonfat Cottage Cheese
4 ozs - Fat Free Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
2 Tbsp - Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 Egg White & 1 Lg Egg
1/2 tsp - salt
1/4 tsp - black pepper
1/2 Tbsp - Parsley
1/2 Tbsp - McCormick Italian Seasoning
1/4 Tbsp - Mint Flakes
6 1/2 Cups - Prego Traditional Italian Sauce


How Do I Make Lina's Healthy Lasagna?

Here is how you make Lina's Healthy Lasagna:

Bring 6 quarts of water (with about 1 Tbsp salt) to a rapid boil. Add pasta a few pieces at a time and stir; return to rapid boil. Cook uncovered, stirring occasionally for about 10 minutes. Drain well (can cool by rinsing in cold water). Separate cooked Lasagna and lay flat on wax paper or aluminum foil to keep pieces from sticking. Brown meat in skillet; drain & set aside. Combine cheeses, eggs & all seasonings for filling and mix thoroughly. In a Pyrex 4.8 quart glass rectangular cake pan pour about 1 3/4 cups of Prego sauce (should cover the bottom of the pan nicely) Arrange pasta lengthwise over sauce, overlapping the edges by approx. 1/2". Spread 1/2 of the cheese filling over pasta. Mix meat into 3 cups of Prego and use 1/2 to cover cheese filling. Repeat layers of pasta (widthwise this time), cheese and meat sauce. Top with a layer of pasta and remaining 1 3/4 cups of sauce. Cover with aluminum foil; bake at 350*F about 55 minutes or until hot and bubbly. If desired remove foil; bake about 5 minutes longer or until lightly browned.
