.75 C Spaghetti sauce
.5 C part-skim mozzarella cheese
1 Bag Morningstar Farms Meal Starters: Sausage-Style Crumbles
15 oz. Fat Free Ricotta Cheese
1 C zucchini, sliced and halved
pepper and italian seasoning as desired
1 C sliced fresh mushrooms
2 C fresh spinach


How Do I Make Nina's Vegetarian Lasagna?

Here is how you make Nina's Vegetarian Lasagna:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.1. Empty sausage-style crumbles into a skillet and saute until warm throughout. Remove from pan and set aside.2. Saute mushrooms and zucchini until mushrooms are juicy.3. Add spinach and saute for two minutes until wilted.4. Remove from heat and let cool.5. Mix ricotta, vegetables, and .25 C of mozzarella together.6. Spoon half of ricotta mixture into the bottom of a square baking pan.7. Place half of sausage crumbles on to of ricotta.8. Place noodles on top of crumbles.9. Spoon half of spaghetti sauce onto lasagna noodles.10. Spoon the rest of the ricotta mixture onto the noodles.11. Place remaining half of sausage crumbles onto ricotta mixture.12. Place remaining noodles on the mixture13. Place remaining sauce onto the noodles. 14. Sprinkle .25 C mozzarella cheese on top.15.
