1 sm can of tomato paste
2 T olive oil
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 large onion, diced
1 large green pepper, diced
12 oz mushrooms, sliced
1 pkg onion soup mix
2 T oregano
2 T parsely
2 T basil
salt/pepper if desired



How Do I Make Marinara?

Here is how you make Marinara:

Put olive oil on large sauce pot...mince garlic, slice onions, green peppers and mushrooms, add to pot as you are done slicing. Once onions and peppers are starting to soften, add one pkt of onion soup mix and spices as well as salt and pepper if desired. Stir and cook for 5 minutes.
