1 (14.5) oz can no salt added diced tomatoes, drained
1/2 cup reduced fat mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes, optional
2 tbsp grate parmesan
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

2 tbsp unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 (6 oz) can 2% evaporated milk
1 oz light cream cheese
1/4 cup reduced sodium chicken broth, or more, to taste
