1 Large clove of garlic - Diced
2 Small Tomatoes (6 oz) - Chopped
1 Tbsp Olive Oil (or butter if you prefer)
2 Tbsp (10g) Parmesan Cheese - Shredded
2-3 Fresh Basil leaves - coursely chopped
Salt and Pepper to taste (recipe is not calculated with salt)


How Do I Make Soybean Pasta?

Here is how you make Soybean Pasta:

Boil pasta as directed on package. While pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in skillet over medium heat. Saute garlic for 1-2 minutes. Add tomatoes and saute another 5 minutes or until desired doneness. Add basil and hot pasta. Toss to coat. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve with Parmesan cheese on top.
