This is a recipe I've created just from looking through my pantry, freezer and spice cabinet. I would imagine this could be "personalized" in endless numbers of ways per the preferred tastes. What Are The Ingredients For All But the Fruit Pasta Dish Recipe?The ingredients for All But the Fruit Pasta Dish are: 2 Grilled Chicken Breast fillets1 lb of Frozen Broccoli Florets 8 oz or 2 cups of Frozen Mixed Vegetables - Stir Fry Veggies work great as well 3 tsp Minsed Garlic or to preferable taste 2 cups of Pre-cooked Whole Grain Pasta of choice - spiral, elbow, ribbon, etc. 2 tbsp of EVOO (extra virgin olive oil) 1 tbsp of Lemon Juice 4 tsp of Weber's Grill Roasted Garlic & Herb Seasoning How Do I Make All But the Fruit Pasta Dish?Here is how you make All But the Fruit Pasta Dish: Prepare Whole Grain Pasta according to directions or preference as I prefer pasta to be el dente. Drain. While preparing the pasta, I cook the Broccoli florets in a small sauce pan with at least 1 tsp of Weber's Grill Roasted Garlic & Herb Seasoning and the Mixed Veggies in the microwave. Once veggies are cooked from the microwave, place the two pre-frozen grilled chicken breast fillets in the microwave for 2 minutes layered between paper towels. Slice the heated chicken breasts into bite-size pieces. Toss all of the ingredients in a large bowl with the 2 tbsp of EVOO and 1 tbsp of Lemon Juice. I add a sprinkle of Garlic Salt and Pepper right before serving. Serves 6.
