Put basil, nuts and garlic in processor or blender (You can also make this with a mortar and pestle).Blend or process to chop, then slowly add olive oil while blending.Add salt and pepper.Process to bright green paste.Remove the pesto from the blender.  If you want it thinner, just stir in a little more olive oil.Use immediately.  Serve over pasta (linguini, fettuccine, or bow tie works best).Can be stored in refrigerator for up to three days.
