16 oz frozen spinach (thaw in microwave)
4 cups mozzarella cheese grated
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese graded
1 can artichoke hearts
1 cup evaporated milk
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp butter or margarine
salt and pepper to taste

Here is how you make Pasta with Spinach and Artichokes:

While pasta is cooking, put butter and flour in sauce pan. Add evaporated milk and thicken, add spinach. When pasta is cooked, drain and put back into pot. Add spinach, artichokes, parmesan cheese and 2/3 of the mozzarella cheese.
