1 lb Pizza Crust Dough
8 oz Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk
1/2 cup Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk
2 oz Arugula
12 fresh asparagus spears
1 clove garlic
1 lemon
2T sliced Almonds
1 Shallot
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
red pepper flakes

Here is how you make Blue Apron Asparagus and Arugula Pesto Pizza:

Preheat oven to 475. Snap off woody ends of the asparagus and cut into 2 inch pieces on an angle. Peel and thinly slice the shallot. Using a peeler, remove the zest from the lemon and mince to get 2 tsp. Mince the garlic. LIghtly oil pizza pan or sheet pan. Stretch the dough into 1/4 inch thickness and place into the pan. Top the dough with the asparagus, mozzarella torn into small pieces, and shallot, leaving about a 1 inch border. Bake for 16-18 minutes. While the pizza is baking, spray a cast iron pan with a spray oil and heat on medium high until hot. Add the arugula. Season with salt and pepper. Stir occasionally for about 1-2 minutes until wilted. Put arugula in a blender or food processor with the garlic and Parmesan cheese. Blend with a little water until you have a pesto. Add the almonds. Combine ricotta cheese, lemon zest, and the juice of the lemon. Season with salt and pepper if desired. When the pizza is cooked, evenly top the pizza with the ricotta topping and then the pesto topping. Sprinkle red pepper flakes on top according to your desire for spice.
