Cut cauliflower and grate or put into food processor. Place shredded cauliflower in microwave and cook 5-8 minutes. Place parchment paper on 9" X 13" pan. In a medium bowl, combine cooked cauliflower, 3 eggs and mozzarella cheese. Add 1 Tbsp oregano, Italian spices and basil as well as crushed garlic and salt. Mix well. Place "dough" onto parchment paper and shape into one large pizza about 1/2-1/4 inch thick or 12 smaller pizzas. (May have to use additional pans or just cook in batches if making individual pizzas.) Spray top of "dough" with olive oil and bake foe 15 minutes until golden brown.For sauce, heat tomato sauce with 1 Tbsp Italian spices, oregano and basil. Cook until simmering. After crust has browned, remove from oven.Add sauce, cheese and pre-cooked toppings (not calculated in calorie total). Bake for 10 minutes more.
