What Are The Ingredients For Primal Pizza Recipe?The ingredients for Primal Pizza are: Pizza Crust:4 oz Cream Cheese (softened) 4 large raw Eggs (warm cold eggs in a bowl of warm water) 1/4 cup Half and Half Cream 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated 8 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, shredded (2 cups) 1/4 tsp each: Garlic powder, Onion powder, Dried Oregano, Dried Basil, Pepper, white (plus any other herbs or spices as desired Toppings: 1 cup pizza or marinara sauce (preferably without sugar) 8 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, shredded (divided) 2 tbsp Olive Oil 1 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) 1 cup, chopped Onions, 1 cup Lean Hot Italian Turkey Sausage, cooked, crumbled (4 - 6 oz. raw) 20 Manzanilla Green Olives (Pimiento Stuffed ), sliced Dried oregano for sprinkling over 1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded Freshly ground black pepper How Do I Make Primal Pizza?Here is how you make Primal Pizza: Preheat oven to 375, and spray a 9 x 13 pan (I prefer pyrex glass) with nonstick spray. With mixer or immersion blender, blend softened cream cheese and eggs together until smooth. Add the 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, and the half and half and continue mixing. Then stir in the spices and herbs.Place the 8 oz. (2 cups) of shredded Mozzarella evenly into the prepared 9 x 13 pan. Pour the batter over the shredded cheese. Bake for 20-30 minutes until the top starts to brown.Meanwhile, cook and crumble the turkey sausage, put on a plate to cool. Then put the olive oil in the skillet and saute the green peppers and onions. Slice the olives.When the crust is done, remove from the oven and pour 1 cup of pizza sauce over the crust. Top with 1-1/2 cups shredded Mozzarella (reserve the other 1/2 cup). Spread over that the sauted green pepper and onion. Add the turkey sausage over the veggies. Add the sliced olives evenly over the turkey sausage. Sprinkle with the reserved shredded Mozzarella and the 1/4 cup of shredded Parmesan. Sprinkle with dried oregano and freshly ground black pepper.Put back in the oven for another 5 - 10 minutes until cheese melts.Note: If you wish you can cook the pizza crust ahead of time. Cool and refrigerate. Then when ready to cook, put the cooked pizza toppings on the cooled pizza crust and bake at 375 until the pizza is hot and the cheese is melted.
