1 large egg
1/2 box fr. spinach
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup parmesan

SAUCE
1 lg can crushed tomatoes
1 16 oz. tomato sauce
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup olive oil


How Do I Make PAM'S RAVIOLI?

Here is how you make PAM'S RAVIOLI:

Prepare sauce Mix together flour, eggs and milk. Mix and add enough water to make dough. Roll out and cut ravioli. Number of raviolis will vary depending on how thick or thin you roll your dough. Saute onions and ground meat. Add spinach, egg , breadcrumbs and cheese. Put in food processor and pulse 3-4 times. Fill ravioli with approx. 1 T. filling. Fold and crimp edges. Add to boiling water and cook for approx. 9-10 minutes. Drain and top with sauce. Approx. 1/2 cupSAUCEsaute onions in olive oil.
