Here is how you make Italian-Inspired Oven-Roasted Brussels Sprouts:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees (C).Prepare a regular-size baking dish (9"x13") by spraying bottom with non-stick cooking spray (preferably Olive Oil flavored).Slice up the thawed brussels sprouts (I slice about half the sprouts in small slices while halving the other sprouts to give the recipe more body).Arrange the sprouts on the bottom of the baking dish and drizzle with the olive oil and White Truffle Oil Balsamic Glace. Sprinkle the minced garlic, vegan parmesan, and Italian seasoning over all of the sprouts.
