Here is how you make Roasted Shrimp Primavera:

Toss the chopped vegetables and shrimp with olive oil. Season to taste. Roast at 450 for 20 - 25 minutes. Meanwhile, boil water for the pasta. In a large saucepan, melt butter. Saute garlic, but do not brown. Add flour and stir. When bubbly, remove from heat and slowly add half and half.
