4 oz lean ground beef
8 c spaghetti sauce
2 c beef broth
3 tsp oregano

12 oz ronzoni wheat noodles tubular shaped or rotini
2 eggs
2 c low fat ricotta cheese
4 TBS dried parsley
12 oz shredded mozzarella

Spaghetti Sauce1. Pour the oil in a large saucepan. Brown onions and garlic in a large saucepan.2. Add the rest of the ingredients to the saucepan.3. Heat to boiling, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 45 minutes.Ziti Directions1. Cook meat in skillet. 2. Stir in the sauce, broth and organo. Season to taste with salt and pepper. 3. Cook noodles al dente. Drain well.4. In a small bowl combine egg, ricotta cheese, and parsley. Mix.5. Spread a spoonful of sauce in the bottom of two 9 x 9 pans.
