4 tbsp Parsley, dried

Here is how you make Manley Meat Sauce:

Heat skillet over med. heat, add oil and crushed red peppers and cook for 10 seconds. Add onions, garlic, seasonings and beef. Brown meat for 5 minutes, add mushrooms and cook 5 minutes more. Add wine and cook for 1 minute. Add broth, tomatoes, and parsley to sauce and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 15 minutes to combine flavors.
