Cook sausage, onion, and garlic in EVOO. Drain. Stir in everything else, including 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning, which I could not add in ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 1 1/2 hours or until flavors are blended. Cook pasta according to box directions. Mix and enjoy.
