Add carrots, parsley, garlic, and pepper and then puree some more!Pour your tomato mixture over your cooked turkey, after turning the heat down to medium low. Let it settle, stir it a whole bunch, and then attack with the cheese of your choice! (I tore up a piece of string cheese....) Serve over pasta, or whatever you people like to eat this stuff on.
