Here is how you make Stephanie's Lemon and White Wine Pasta Sauce:

Heat skillet with olive oil. Saute chopped onion and diced chicken. Add fresh pressed lemon juice, white wine, and margarine once the chicken has been cooked thru. Once warmed, add tomatoes and spinach and saute for about 10-15 minutes on low heat to let the flavors meld together. Mash tomatoes. Finally, add corn starch to thicken and right before serving add crumbled feta cheese and melt into the sauce. Serve over whole wheat pasta for a tasty and healthy family dinner!
